Adrienne Fair, MSN, RN (she/her) is a clinical instructor with the San Francisco State University School of Nursing as well as a lecturer for Gerontology 765:  Aging and Continuum of Care.  She is herself a graduate of SFSU, having earned both her RN and MSN degrees with the School of Nursing (2013 and 2016).  Adrienne's clinical rotation is taught onsite at a Skilled Nursing Facility, primarily with older adults -- she enjoys teaching her students about the ins and outs of senior care and differing care modalities, particularly with considerations for end-of-life hospice care.

Adrienne is the Director of Health Services / Assistant Executive Director at Rhoda Goldman Plaza (RGP) a non-profit Assisted Living community, affiliated with JFCS  (Jewish Family and Children's Services), the oldest charitable organization west of the Mississippi.  Adrienne is also a certified continuing education provider for CNAs with the San Francisco Department of Public Health.  At RGP, she collaborates routinely with care managers, primary care providers, families, home healthcare providers, and hospice agencies, providing attentive care for RGP residents, the majority of whom eventually receive hospice services in their homes at RGP.

Adrienne is passionate about senior care, aging, equity, and innovation -- bringing joy and enthusiasm to her senior community and to her SFSU classes.  She appreciates collaborating with SFSU students and RGP staff, encouraging them to bring their own experiences, insights, and ideas to the group.  She is inspired by her students and their ideas for the future of senior care.
