Biography
Daisy Gutierrez has a background in tech specifically in Market Analysis and Market Research. After spending some time in tech Daisy transitioned into teaching full time, teaching courses and labs in topics such as Geography, Global Studies, Geology, and Environmental Studies. For her thesis Daisy mapped out late 18th century and early 19th century Utopian communities that sprouted in the United States and studied why individuals flocked to these remote communities which were often times in harsh environments and terrains. Daisy then went on to spend time doing land surveys and living in harsh remote areas in Northern Nevada to get a full understanding of how and why individuals adapted to living in remote, isolated areas.
