Regina Neu has been actively involved in the nonprofit and public sector for over 30 years in various capacities – as a direct service staff member, Executive Director, volunteer and board member. She has taught nonprofit management and leadership development courses at San Francisco State University since 2002 and at California State University, East Bay between 2008-2017. In addition to teaching, she is a consultant for primarily small to mid-size nonprofit organizations focusing on organizational effectiveness, organizational change and transitions, strategic planning, and board governance. She is also a leadership/career coach for individuals working in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

Regina has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Special Education from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, she spends a lot of time traveling and hiking around the world. She is also a big reader and in two book clubs.
